Will a disposable address be accepted?
We are not going to promise you that it will. Every large service keeps a blocklist of disposable domains and updates it constantly, so an address that worked last week can be refused today, and a domain that is blocked for one person may pass for another. Anyone telling you otherwise is guessing.

What TikTok specifically does
TikTok accepts email signup but treats phone as the real identity. Accounts registered with only an email are prompted repeatedly to add a number, and some features - live streaming and monetisation in particular - are gated behind one regardless of email status.
For a watch-only account that never posts, a temporary address is enough and the prompts are ignorable. Region also matters more than the address: what TikTok asks for at signup differs by country, so the same address may be accepted in one place and refused in another.
If the account is ever suspended, appeals run through the app rather than email, which slightly reduces the "lost mailbox" risk compared to Instagram - but it does not remove it.
