Welcome to AnonymMail. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AnonymMail.net and its temporary email services, features, accounts, subscriptions, and related functionality.

By accessing or using AnonymMail, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the service.

1. About AnonymMail

AnonymMail provides temporary and disposable email addresses that allow users to receive incoming emails without exposing their personal email address.

AnonymMail is a receive-only temporary email service and does not provide outbound email sending.

Depending on the feature or subscription plan being used, AnonymMail may provide temporary inboxes, saved email addresses, message history, multiple inboxes, premium domains, synchronization, and other related functionality.

AnonymMail is not intended to replace a permanent personal or business email account.

Temporary email addresses, inboxes, messages, and domains may expire, become unavailable, or be retired as described in these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use AnonymMail only for lawful purposes.

You must not use AnonymMail to:

Commit, facilitate, promote, or conceal illegal activity.
Engage in fraud, phishing, impersonation, identity theft, financial deception, or similar unlawful activity.
Distribute, obtain, or facilitate malware, malicious files, harmful code, ransomware, or other harmful content.
Access another person's inbox, account, temporary email address, or data without authorization.
Circumvent security systems, account restrictions, subscription limits, device limits, bans, verification systems, or technical protections.
Abuse promotions, free trials, referral systems, registrations, verification processes, or other third-party services.
Violate intellectual property, privacy, contractual, or other legal rights of any person or organization.
Use automated systems in a manner that creates excessive traffic, overloads infrastructure, or interferes with the normal operation of AnonymMail.
Scrape, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the AnonymMail service without prior authorization.
Use AnonymMail in a manner that may expose the service, its users, infrastructure, domains, or partners to technical, legal, security, or reputational harm.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being abused or these Terms have been violated.

3. Temporary Email Addresses

Email addresses generated through AnonymMail are temporary by nature and are intended only for receiving incoming emails.

AnonymMail does not guarantee that:

a specific email address will remain available permanently;
a specific domain will remain active permanently;
every incoming email will be successfully received;
every received message will remain stored indefinitely;
an external website or service will accept an AnonymMail email address;
a temporary inbox will always remain accessible.

Temporary email domains may become blocked, restricted, degraded, blacklisted, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.

When a domain is determined to be unreliable or unsuitable, AnonymMail may stop issuing new email addresses on that domain and retire the domain.

Existing email addresses associated with a retiring domain may remain available temporarily and may stop receiving emails after the domain is retired.

Users should not use temporary email addresses to receive information that they cannot afford to lose.

4. Incoming Email Reception

AnonymMail provides access to incoming emails sent to temporary email addresses created through the service.

AnonymMail does not provide outbound email sending, replying, or email transmission services on behalf of users.

We cannot guarantee that every incoming email will be received, displayed, or retained.

Incoming messages may be delayed, rejected, filtered, blocked, or fail to arrive due to factors including:

sender-side mail server policies;
anti-spam or anti-abuse systems;
DNS or domain configuration issues;
third-party blocking;
network or infrastructure failures;
domain reputation;
sender restrictions;
technical or security measures;
circumstances outside AnonymMail's reasonable control.

Users should not rely on AnonymMail for critical communications, emergency messages, legal notices, permanent account access, financial account recovery, or other information that must remain continuously accessible.

5. Message Storage and Retention

Message availability depends on the service, feature, and subscription plan being used.

Free accounts or temporary inboxes may have shorter retention periods than paid plans.

Premium plans may provide longer message retention, saved addresses, message history, and other additional features.

AnonymMail may automatically delete messages, inboxes, email addresses, or associated data after the applicable retention period ends.

Retention periods may also change due to operational, security, legal, infrastructure, or abuse-prevention requirements.

You are responsible for saving any information that you wish to keep before it expires or is deleted.

6. Free and Premium Services

AnonymMail may offer both free and paid services.

Free and Premium plans may differ in areas including:

number of active inboxes;
message retention periods;
access to premium domains;
saved email addresses;
message history;
synchronization;
advertising;
usage limits;
device limits;
additional service features.

Current plan features and prices are displayed on the relevant pricing or subscription pages.

We may add, remove, replace, or modify features and pricing over time.

The purchase of a Premium subscription does not provide permanent ownership of any email address, domain, inbox, or service feature.

7. Accounts

Some AnonymMail features may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it.

You must not attempt to access another user's account, inbox, saved address, or private data without authorization.

AnonymMail may use email-based authentication, magic links, or other passwordless authentication methods.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email account or authentication method associated with your AnonymMail account.

8. Device, Inbox, and Usage Limits

Certain plans or service features may be subject to device, inbox, storage, request, or usage limits.

Attempts to circumvent these limits through multiple accounts, manipulated devices, automation, proxies, scripts, or other technical methods may result in access restrictions or account suspension.

Limits may be adjusted over time in order to protect service stability, prevent abuse, and maintain fair access.

9. Premium Domains

Certain temporary email domains may be available only to Premium users.

Premium domain availability is not guaranteed permanently.

Domains may be added, replaced, restricted, suspended, blocked, or retired due to reasons including:

reduced reliability;
domain reputation;
third-party blocking;
excessive abuse;
registrar or hosting issues;
infrastructure changes;
legal or compliance requirements;
operational considerations.

Where practical, AnonymMail may provide advance notice before a domain is retired.

Existing email addresses using a retiring domain may remain functional for a limited period before the domain is permanently removed.

The purchase of a Premium subscription does not grant ownership or permanent rights to any AnonymMail domain or temporary email address.

10. Domain Retirement

AnonymMail actively monitors the reliability and usability of its temporary email domains.

A domain may be marked for retirement if it becomes unreliable, heavily blocked, restricted, abused, blacklisted, technically unstable, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.

When a domain is marked for retirement:

new email addresses may no longer be created using that domain;
existing addresses may continue functioning temporarily;
users may be informed that the domain is being retired;
the domain may be permanently removed after the applicable retirement period.

After a domain is retired, email addresses associated with that domain may stop receiving new messages.

Users are responsible for moving to a new temporary email address where continued access is required.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

AnonymMail may be used to receive emails sent by third-party websites and services.

AnonymMail does not control whether a third-party website accepts, rejects, blocks, or restricts temporary email addresses.

Third-party services may change their policies or technical restrictions at any time.

AnonymMail is not responsible for:

third-party registration restrictions;
verification failures;
temporary email blocking;
account restrictions imposed by third parties;
content, security, availability, or policies of third-party websites.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies, and requirements.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep AnonymMail available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

The service may be temporarily unavailable because of:

maintenance;
infrastructure changes;
technical failures;
security incidents;
cyberattacks;
DNS or domain issues;
hosting interruptions;
third-party failures;
abuse-prevention measures;
legal or regulatory requirements;
circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue all or part of the service where necessary.

13. Security and Abuse Prevention

AnonymMail may use automated or manual systems to detect abuse, malicious activity, excessive usage, suspicious traffic, compromised domains, or violations of these Terms.

We may restrict or block access associated with:

accounts;
devices;
IP addresses;
temporary email addresses;
inboxes;
domains;
sessions;
automated systems;
other technical identifiers.

Security and abuse-prevention measures may change without prior notice where necessary to protect the service and its users.

14. Prohibited Attempts to Circumvent the Service

You must not attempt to:

discover or access restricted Premium domains without authorization;
bypass subscription restrictions;
manipulate device or inbox limits;
gain unauthorized access to another user's inbox;
interfere with security systems or infrastructure;
reverse engineer protected components of the service except where permitted by law;
exploit technical vulnerabilities;
automate or scrape the service in a manner that adversely affects normal operation;
bypass restrictions imposed for abuse prevention or service protection.

Access may be restricted immediately where such activity is detected.

15. Intellectual Property

The AnonymMail name, website, software, interface, branding, graphics, text, code, and other original content are owned by or licensed to AnonymMail and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the service only for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, license, modify, commercially exploit, or reverse engineer protected elements of the service except where expressly permitted by law or authorized by AnonymMail.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

AnonymMail is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnonymMail does not guarantee that the service will:

always be available;
operate without interruption or errors;
receive every incoming email;
retain every message;
remain compatible with every website or service;
keep every temporary email address active;
keep every temporary email domain active;
meet every user's individual requirements.

Temporary email services inherently depend on external networks, email servers, DNS systems, domain providers, and third-party infrastructure that may change without notice.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnonymMail will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

deleted or expired emails;
inaccessible inboxes;
retired domains;
missing incoming messages;
delayed incoming messages;
third-party blocking;
temporary email rejection;
account access loss;
service interruptions;
data expiration;
reliance on a temporary email address for important information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to AnonymMail where:

these Terms are violated;
the service is abused;
security is threatened;
fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected;
technical protections are being circumvented;
continued access may harm AnonymMail, its infrastructure, domains, users, or third parties;
we are required to do so by law or a valid legal request.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

19. Changes to the Service

AnonymMail is an evolving service.

We may introduce, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue:

features;
subscription plans;
domains;
inbox limits;
message retention periods;
storage policies;
security measures;
device limits;
interfaces;
other parts of the service.

Changes may be made to improve reliability, security, performance, usability, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, applicable laws, security requirements, or operational practices change.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the updated revision date.

Your continued use of AnonymMail after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Privacy

Your use of AnonymMail is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, retained, and protected when you use the service.
