Temp Mail for Twitch - Chat Is the Catch

What Twitch sends to your inbox

Twitch sends a six-digit verification code, then login codes for new devices. That is the mail you are waiting for on this page — paste the address above into the signup form and it will appear in the inbox on its own.

Will a disposable address be accepted?

We are not going to promise you that it will. Every large service keeps a blocklist of disposable domains and updates it constantly, so an address that worked last week can be refused today, and a domain that is blocked for one person may pass for another. Anyone telling you otherwise is guessing.

The reliable way to find out takes about ten seconds: copy the address above, paste it into the signup form, and see whether the code arrives. If the form rejects it outright, generate a new address on a different domain and try again.

What Twitch specifically does

Twitch signup itself is straightforward, but the useful part of the site is not. A very large share of channels run with verified-email or verified-phone chat requirements switched on, so an account on an unverified throwaway address can watch but cannot say anything.

Twitch also emails a login code for every unrecognised device and clears sessions fairly aggressively, which means you will need that mailbox again sooner than on most sites - often within days rather than months.

If the account will ever hold a subscription, a Prime link or bits, the billing and cancellation mail goes to that address too.

What you lose if the mailbox goes away

Medium risk. Fine for lurking. If you want to chat, expect to need a verified address anyway.

How to use the mailbox on this page

  1. Copy the address at the top of this page.
  2. Paste it into Twitch’s signup form.
  3. Watch the inbox above — the message arrives on its own, no refresh needed.
  4. Open it, use the code or link, and delete the mailbox when you are done.

The address stays with you in this browser, so you can come back to it later. It is never reissued to anyone else once it has been used.
