Will a disposable address be accepted?

What Fortnite specifically does

Fortnite runs on an Epic Games account, so this is the Epic question with higher stakes: the account usually holds V-Bucks, skins and a battle pass, all of which are non-transferable.

Epic requires a verified email before you can enable 2FA, and 2FA is required to send gifts and to claim certain rewards — so an unverified throwaway account is locked out of exactly the features players want.

Cross-platform play makes it worse. Linking a console account is an email-driven flow, and unlinking to move to a new device needs mail you can read.
